Reservation Policies

Terms and conditions for the use of the website www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx

1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Website and Registered Trademark of TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX, hereinafter referred to as the “SITE.” By accessing this website, the “SITE” accepts these terms and conditions and must therefore review them carefully before continuing. If the “USER” does not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the “USER” must immediately discontinue its use and not access the “SITE.” The terms and conditions set forth in this document are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Definitions

For all purposes of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, the following definitions shall apply:

Travel agency (Operator) – Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas, which contracts and/or acts as an intermediary through its Reservation website www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx, for the benefit of a “USER,” with respect to the tourism services provided directly by a final PROVIDER; hereinafter, this company shall be referred to as “TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX.”

Website – www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx.- Website owned by Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas, which acts as a provider of tourism services, offering the various services to the “USER” over the internet.

User or customer – A person who uses the “SITE” www.pricetravel.com.mx in order to make use of the intermediation and booking engine of “TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX,” for the purpose of enjoying any of the tourism services provided directly; hereinafter referred to as the “USER.”

Provider – An individual or legal entity that directly provides to the “USER” the tourism services contracted, reserved, or purchased by the latter through the intermediation and booking engine of the “SITE” www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx

3. Purpose

It consists of the DIRECT PROVISION OF TOURISM SERVICES that shall exist between the TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX site www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx, the “USER,” and TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX, which, for purposes of these Terms and Conditions, shall act as the direct provider of tourism services.

4. Reservation policies

The rates shown on the “SITE” www.trajinerasxochimilco.com.mx will be maintained only if the user books and complies with the specified payment policies; otherwise, the rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete when the “USER” has provided all the necessary information and has the confirmation number. At the time of booking, the “USER” authorizes Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas to validate the card details provided during the transaction and expressly confirms that they know and accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy of TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX. All reservations are subject to availability at the time your request is processed.

If the “USER” wishes to change or cancel their reservation, they must contact any of our Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas Advisors and provide their reservation number. TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX suggests that you carefully read the clause on CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change to a reservation is subject to availability and to a new rate quote. For more information, the “USER” must contact the Advisor and provide their reservation number. Every reservation firmly confirmed by TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX comes with a confirmation, which the “USER” must keep at all times.

5. Payment policies

The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately by TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX to the credit card details that the “USER” provides for this purpose, provided that the status of the reservation shows that it is confirmed, and it will appear on your statement under the description: Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas, or under the equivalent description of the PROVIDER.

To pay for your reservation, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, interbank transfers, and cash at any Oxxo store.

The rates published on our “SITE” are quoted in two types of currency, which are duly specified at the appropriate time. Rates in Mexican Pesos will be charged in Mexican Pesos. In the case of the other type of currency, the transaction amount will be converted into US Dollars at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction.

TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX informs you that some banks and credit card issuers impose fees on international transactions, which may vary from time to time, in addition to any tax required under applicable law. If you are making a reservation with a PROVIDER outside Mexico using a Mexican credit or debit card, your bank may convert the amount payable into your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. In addition, the exchange rate used by the bank may differ from the rate shown in our currency converter. This means that the amount posted on your credit card statement may be in Mexican pesos and may differ from the amount shown on the billing summary page for a reservation made on the “SITE.” The exchange rate and the international transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day the transaction is processed.

When viewing your itinerary, you may also consult the billing section and generate the corresponding tax invoice.

Monitoring and review of the information provided by the “USER” at the time of paying for the services

Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas, through its Risk Verification Department of Grupo Conektame SA de CV, may monitor and review a reservation made by the “USER” when it is considered high-risk. A reservation will be considered high-risk when the PRICETRAVEL system detects that the information provided by the “USER” at the time of paying for the reservation is false or incorrect, or when the institution that issued the credit card detects a discrepancy in the information entered by the “USER.”

In such a situation, Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas will immediately contact the “USER” in order to verify and validate the information they provided. If the “USER” does not validate the requested information, TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX will proceed to cancel the reservation and issue the corresponding refund.

6. General cancellation policies

Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas reserves the right to contract, on behalf of the “USER,” the services referred to and specified in these Terms and Conditions, precisely in the quality and/or categories contracted; unless expressly agreed otherwise, these will invariably be provided. In the event of a change of the direct PROVIDER of the service, the service will be provided by another of equivalent quality; if the “USER” makes use of the service, they will be deemed to have consented to such change, and no claim, compensation, or refund whatsoever will apply. Once TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX receives from the “USER” the payment for the contracted services, whether as a bundle (package) or otherwise, TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX has the immediate authorization of the “USER” to issue, process, or purchase the requested services in their name, with both TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX and the “USER” adhering to and accepting the cancellation policies.

For Cancellation of Tour and Extra Services Reservations:

At the time of booking, with regard to the cancellation policies applicable to the Tours or Extra Services in question, a link and a checkbox will appear on your screen, which you must activate in order to continue with your reservation and to learn about the general cancellation policies; notwithstanding the foregoing, we inform you below of the general cancellation policies for Tours and Extra Services:

7. General modification policies

Embarcadero Las Flores Nativitas reserves the right to contract, on behalf of the “USER,” the services referred to and specified in these Terms and Conditions, precisely in the quality and/or categories contracted; unless expressly agreed otherwise, these will invariably be provided. In the event of a change of the direct PROVIDER of the service, the service will be provided by another of equivalent quality; if the “USER” makes use of the service, they will be deemed to have consented to such change, and no claim, compensation, or refund whatsoever will apply. Once TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX receives from the “USER” the payment for the contracted services, whether as a bundle (package) or otherwise, TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX has the immediate authorization of the “USER” to issue, process, or purchase the requested services in their name, with both TRAJINERAS XOCHIMILCO CDMX and the “USER” adhering to and accepting the modification policies.

For Modification of Tour and Extra Services Reservations:

At the time of booking, with regard to the cancellation policies applicable to the Tours or Extra Services in question, a link and a checkbox will appear on your screen, which you must activate in order to continue with your reservation and to learn about the general modification policies; notwithstanding the foregoing, we inform you below of the general modification policies for Tours and Extra Services:

For Modification of Tour and Extra Services Reservations:
You may change your arrival time and date at any time, even 1 hour before your arrival, except for services that include Food or Customization with Fresh Flowers.

It is worth noting that we are very flexible about arrival times, because we understand Mexico City traffic and the setbacks that travel itineraries can involve. So you only need to contact an Advisor at +52 5543877943, and you can request your time change quickly.
The Extra Services that are not subject to same-day modification are:

•    Customization with fresh flowers.
