Cancellation policies
For the Cancellation of Tour and Extra Services Reservations: • All cancellations must be made during business hours, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour time are subject to a 50% charge. • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour time are subject to an 80% charge. • No refunds apply if the cancellation is not made 6 days before the scheduled tour time.
Some Extra Services are not subject to cancellation 10 days before the scheduled time: • Customization with paint • Trajinera decoration • Food • Customization with fresh flowers.
Modification policies
For Modification of Tour and Extra Services Reservations:
You may change your arrival time and date at any time, even 1 hour before your arrival, except for services that include Food or Customization with Fresh Flowers.
It is worth noting that we are very flexible about arrival times, because we understand Mexico City traffic and the setbacks that travel itineraries can involve. So you only need to contact an Advisor at +52 5543877943, and you can request your time change quickly.
The Extra Services that are not subject to same-day modification are:

• Customization with fresh flowers.
