      The axolotl sanctuary we will visit on this tour has 52 axolotls on display; you will also find hedgehogs, rabbits, and other animals.

    The price is per trajinera, not per person. In other words, the price is the same whether 1 person or all 18 people go.
    Your route:
    • Xochimilco’s main canal, passing through the area with live music.
    • You will get off at the “Floating Gardens” (chinampas) to see plants.
    • You will visit the Caltongo Lagoon.
    • You will visit the replica of the Island of the Dolls
    • You can visit the axolotl sanctuary, where you will get an explanation of the axolotl, a species endemic to Xochimilco.
